Digital Transformation

We will be talking about Digital Transformation and the importance of being able to maximize your SharePoint farm by enabling users to both store and share data between it and other Line of Business applications.  It is important to be able to do this whether your farm is on-premises or in the cloud.  It is important to be able to do this even if you have multiple farms at multiple levels in multiple places.will be talking about Digital Transformation and the importance of being able to maximize your SharePoint farm by enabling users to both store and share data between it and other Line of Business applications.  It is important to be able to do this whether your farm is on-premises or in the cloud.  It is important to be able to do this even if you have multiple farms at multiple levels in multiple places.

For instance, SharePoint is a much better place to store documents than Salesforce, and it is much better than on a file share on your network.  But how do you make all of these connections seamlessly and without writing code?

This is where low-code, process based applications come into play.  You have to be able to deal with the avalanche of changes with the assurance that you are not just creating tomorrow’s technical debt.

Ron Hall

At Chemical Abstracts, he used his C# skills, but also became the AgilePoint developer.  After five years in that world, he announced his geezerhood and retired.  At that point, AgilePoint contacted him and lured him out of retirement to do training and PoC development.  He confirms that Bill Gates himself couldn’t have gotten him out of retirement to talk about C#, but he is excited to talk about how low-code development with AgilePoint is empowering Digital Transformation around the world..
