Using Teams and Flow in the Commercial and Government Clouds

Teams is a powerful collaboration tool that many organizations are using as their primary hub for teamwork. While its out-of-the-box features provide plenty of value, it can also be customized to include some automation by incorporating a workflow product like Microsoft Flow. 

Flow has many triggers and actions that can be incorporated into your team’s processes. 

Join us in this session as we overview the prod​​ucts, and explore some real-world use case demos.

Ricardo is a Customer Success Manager at Microsoft, helping customers maximize the value of their investment in Microsoft Teams and other Modern Workplace solutions. Previously he spent many years delivering customized solutions and expertise as a professional consultant for Microsoft services, specifically SharePoint and related technologies. He has been an active participant over the years in the Central Ohio technical community, giving many talks and presentations at local events,  and serving on the boards for regional groups like the Columbus SharePoint User Group and the Microsoft Dogfood Conference.
